Fearless Pressure Cooking

Cut your food preparation time down and save energy by learning to cook foods like beans, whole grains, soups, and stews using a pressure cooker. This class takes the mystery out of pressure cooking. We’ll cover equipment, safety, and resources for parts and recipes as we make hummus and soup.
notes: CGFC provides aprons, however participants will want to wear comfortable shoes. Handouts will be provided.
