Who doesn’t love a quickbread? In this class we troubleshoot common problems with these closely related breads so that you can make fluffy biscuits, tender scones, and moist shortcake.
notes: CGFC provides aprons, however participants will want to wear comfortable shoes. Handouts will be provided.
