Strategic Vision Report

The 2005 Strategic Visioning Process took place from June through November of 2005, and involved members, volunteers, staff, and board members in an effort to construct a vision of where the co-op was and where it wanted to go over the next few years. The below document is the outcome of that process, and includes historical information on the co-op as well as a detailed description of the vision this group created for the co-op that year.

The Strategic Vision is set to be re-evaluated in April of 2008, so stay tuned for information about how to be involved!
