Learn how to make butter in your home kitchen! Reliable techniques and instructions will be provided for making butter in a blender, food processor, or jar. We’ll discuss how to flavor and store your butter as well as how to use the buttermilk leftover from the whole process. Think: Cultured buttermilk! Each student will take home a butter and buttermilk sample.
