Don't throw those radish tops out! Learn how to reduce food waste by using the WHOLE vegetable.  In this class we will cook a few dishes using things you would typically discard from your produce such as beet greens, radish greens, swiss chard stalks, carrot greens etc. We will cook, taste, and talk about reducing produce waste in your kitchen.
