Join Ethiopian cook Tesfaye and learn how to blend spices and bring to life the distinctive and delicious flavors of Ethiopian food! We’ll be preparing two vegetarian dishes (one lentil dish and one with greens) and a spicy salmon dish. Come ready to cook the food and to eat it! It will be served with some of Tesfaye's famous injera (Ethiopian bread)!
