In this class, students will learn cooking techniques, hands-on. Get ready to learn knife skills, sauteing, steaming, and so much more! This class will go over the basics of cooking techniques. Basics classes at the Co-op offer participants a hands-on opportunity to learn the basics of specific food and cooking skills. These classes are designed to be accessible and fun for anyone.
