EL#1: Global Executive Limitations Policy
The GM is empowered and held accountable to carry out the vision, the values and the goals of the Board of Directors as expressed in the Board’s policies. The GM is the means by which the Board achieves its intents and purposes for the cooperative.
The GM shall not cause or allow any organizational practice, activity, decision, or circumstance that is either unlawful or in violation of boundaries of prudence and ethics as informed by Cooperative Principles.
